Modes

The modes of work of the program define the nature of the performed functions. Thus, the mode Redline is used to create markups and the mode Viewer is mostly used for viewing the files. ABViewer can operate in 3 modes:

Viewer

This mode is used for viewing, printing and measuring the drawing elements. In this mode opening and viewing files is performed faster than in the mode Editor, as the functional of editing and adding entities is switched off.

Editor

This is the main mode of work, in which all the instruments of work with the drawing are available. Creating a new drawing is performed in this mode.

Redline

This is an additional mode of work, allowing to add markups for the current drawing without performing direct changes in the drawing.
